Jeff

I am the owner of the company. I started the company in October 2002. I graduated from Lethbridge Community College in 1991 with a diploma in Agricultural Technology. I have been working in the lawn care business since 1989. I am hardworking, honest, and have high standards for quality of work. I love the outdoors and spending time with my family is also very important to me.

Shari
I am the co-owner of the company and I started the business with my husband Jeff in October 2002. I bring over 25 years of customer service experience to the business. I have a very strong work ethic and am committed to bringing great customer service and a job well done to all our customers. My new focus is health and safety and I am currently writing our own Health & Safety Manual.
Zak
I have worked for R & R Lawn Care since 2013. I am the son of Jeff and Shari. I work the summers full time and during the fall and winter I attend Lethbridge Community College where I am working toward my diploma in Criminal Justice.
Spencer
Hi there. My name is Spencer. I graduated from high school in 2014 and have been employed with R & R Lawn Care since July 2014, gaining knowledge of proper yard maintenance communication with customers, and learning valuable skills in the workforce. I attended Northern Alberta Institute of Technology to achieve my certificate as an Emergency Medical Responder. I am aspiring to become a paramedic or firefighter in the future.
Jason
I was born in Barrhead Alberta June of 1993. I received my journeyman ticket in truck and transport technician in December 2017 from NAIT. I moved to Lethbridge also in December where I started working for R&R lawn care in January 2018. In October 2018 I received my pesticide applicators certificate from Lakeland College. I enjoy my work and am proud about it. Any questions or concerns feel free to ask and I shall answer with the best of my knowledge. In my spare time I like to fix cars and trucks.
